When I ran my consulting business, Whole Person Consultation, I went into traditionally male dominated organizations and companies to provide high quality executive coaching, leadership development and facilitation. My main client was a nationwide construction management company so I was surrounded by very traditionally masculine (mostly) men and I certainly got a first row seat in seeing the dynamics that played out between men, between the superintendents and the engineers, and towards the women who worked for the company. The divine feminine was not at the fore. I brought that when I did the work in each of the nationwide offices. But I couldn’t speak of it overtly for that wouldn’t be received.
